Yes. All data is stored locally on your device. Flow does not use the internet, does not send data to any server, and does not require an account. Your information never leaves your phone.

Yes. Go to Settings → Export Data to save your cycle history as a CSV file that you can share or save.

Go to Settings → Reset All Data. This will clear all your cycle records and return the app to its initial state. This action cannot be undone.
