Q: How do I log my basal body temperature?: Open the app, tap the log button, input your BBT reading, select the recording time, and tap save. The app will automatically plot it on your cycle chart.
Q: Where is my data stored?: To ensure maximum privacy, all temperature logs and cycle details are stored locally on your iPhone. We do not use any servers or cloud sync.
Q: Can I export my temperature data?: Yes, you can export all your temperature readings as a CSV file anytime via Settings -> Export Data.
